Regional Manager

Amtex Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee operations across the San Antonio/Austin area . This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, supporting District Managers, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across multiple locations within the San Antonio/Austin region Recruit, screen, interview, and hire high-performing agents and team members Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to achieve sales and operational goals Foster a positive, high-performance work environment with a strong focus on customer service Set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures Create and manage weekly schedules for District Managers to ensure proper coverage Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and urgency Track regional performance metrics and implement strategies to drive results Identify growth opportunities, including new office locations and market expansion in the San Antonio area Preferred Qualifications Active Insurance Producer License or Limited Lines License preferred 3+ years of sales experience, including multi-location supervisory or management experience Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet or exceed targets Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with Non-Standard insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Rotating weekends, with additional availability as business needs require Work Environment In-person role, including both office and field-based responsibilities Regular travel within the San Antonio/Austin region Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Competitive base salary Company Vehicle/Fuel Card for Work Travel Compensation $75,000 - $90,000 Annually Why Join Amtex Insurance?
