Team Member Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities for insurance plans and oversee a portfolio of clients identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and tracking claims. Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues Qualifications: Ability to communicate with team members and clients Ability to analyze, negotiate and compile customer renewals Must be bilingual Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as needed Work setting: In-person Office License/Certification: Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Job-related location requirement: Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
