Spanish Translator/Interpreter

CMGA Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Claims Translator/Interpreter to support our Auto Claims Department by providing accurate translation and interpretation services between English and Spanish. Responsibilities: Interpret calls between claims staff and Spanish-speaking clients. Translate emails, claim documents, and other communications. Assist adjusters in communicating with insureds, claimants, vendors, and repair facilities. Ensure accurate, professional, and confidential translations. Respond promptly to translation requests and support the claims team as needed. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong communication and organizational skills. Customer service experience required; insurance or claims experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
