Role Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support our multiple office locations. This role is responsible for handling repairs, identifying maintenance needs, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is hands-on, trustworthy, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. This position requires travel between locations and occasional availability for on-call, after-hours, and weekend maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple locations Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally Identify and report maintenance issues while in the field Repair and troubleshoot issues including: Painting and patchwork Plumbing systems Basic electrical work Structural repairs Repair, install, and replace appliances and equipment Inspect properties and document work needed and completed (including photos) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Safely use power tools, hand tools, and plumbing equipment Travel between assigned locations as required Be available for on-call, after-hours, and weekend maintenance when needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully Strong communication skills (comfortable communicating via phone, email, and text) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule Ready to Join Our Team?
