What You’ll Do: • Help new and current customers find the right auto insurance, including standard and non-standard options • Build customized plans that fit each client’s needs and budget • Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care • Meet performance and quality goals • Connect with local businesses to grow relationships and bring in new customers • If you enjoy helping people, building connections, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Qualifications: • Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish • Limited Lines License: Not required but Preferred • Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Great time management and punctuality • Reliable form of transportation • Willing to travel at times to designated offices within the region.
